Shipping Policy

Peninsular Malaysia: free shipping. Estimated 1–3 working days.
Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan: RM15 shipping fee. Estimated 3–7 working days.
Orders are processed on working days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 2 pm are processed the next working day.
A tracking number will be sent via WhatsApp/SMS/email once the parcel is posted.
Parcels are packed discreetly with no product name on the outside.
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. Parcels returned because of a wrong address or not collected will be charged re-shipping fees.
