1. Product

PROHELZ is a botanical drink in powder form (3g x 15 sachets). It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease. Results vary between individuals.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment through the payment gateway provided. Promotional prices may change without notice.

3. Orders

An order is considered valid after confirmation by us. We reserve the right to reject orders that appear fake or incomplete. For COD orders, the customer is responsible for accepting and paying for the parcel; COD orders refused without reason may result in future COD orders not being served.
